Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
We take intellectual property rights very seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark is being used on our platform without authorization, please notify us. We will review and act on valid reports promptly.
Content Removal
Once we receive a complete and valid infringement notice, Ozzeratee will, in good faith, remove or restrict access to the reported material without delay.
Repeat Violations
Accounts that are subject to multiple confirmed infringement reports may be permanently suspended to protect the integrity of our platform.
How to File a Complaint
Your report should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark, including registration details (if applicable)
- Clear identification of the infringing content, including:
- How it infringes your rights
- The exact URL or page on Ozzeratee where it appears
- Your full contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email)
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the use of the content is not authorized
- A declaration that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
After We Receive a Valid Notice
- Content Removal: The reported content will be taken down or restricted without unnecessary delay
- User Notification: The uploader of the material will be informed of the removal
- Repeat Offenses: Accounts with repeated violations may be permanently deactivated
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe the content was removed in error, or you have the legal right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- A description of the removed content and its prior location
- A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court, or Ozzeratee’s jurisdiction if you are outside the U.S.
- Your electronic or handwritten signature
If a valid counter-notice is received, Ozzeratee may notify the original complainant. Unless legal action is initiated, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.
Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly submitting false claims of infringement may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages and attorney’s fees.
