Return Process
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, returning it is simple and straightforward. Please send items to our return address:

Return Guidelines
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
General Returns & Exchanges
For all other returns, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. You can initiate a return by emailing our support team or submitting a request through our website.
Please Note:
- Personalized/custom-made items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.
- For made-to-order products already in production, only 70% of the order value will be refunded upon return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
If an item becomes defective after 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement depending on the situation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Speak with your bank regarding processing delays.
